Mike has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance and audit. In 2009 he founded Sheridan Mezzanine LLC, working on both sell side and buy side M&A in the US, Europe and Japan. Prior to that he was the group head and Managing Director for Energy Services at McGladrey Capital Markets. Mike also previously spent 12 years in New York in the M&A departments of Peter J Solomon, Credit Lyonnaise Securities, Daiwa Securities and the international audit group at Deloitte & Touche. He has worked with both public and private companies on transactions ranging from $10 million to $2 billion across a variety of industries, including energy services, renewable energy, industrial manufacturing, construction/engineering and consumer products.
